Each Regional Group holds an AGM at its study day once a year.

The purpose of the AGM is to encourage member participation and for the election of Regional Group committee officers. Therefore, the AGM has the following aims and objectives

• Members participate in the decision-making process of the Society
• Members provide a voice for the profession
• Members engage with the constitutional requirements for the function of the Society
